Compressed Air / Gas/ Steam Trap Leak Detection Surveys with cost analysis

Compressed Air Leak Survey Leaks are a significant source of wasted energy in a compressed air system, often wasting as much as 20-40% of the compressor's output.

1. Identify and tag leaks- We use the most efficient process, experienced people, and advanced testing equipment in the industry to find and mark the source of each leak.

2. Prioritise leaks- We rate leaks based on estimated size, then prioritize them according to which ones would provide the greatest financial return when repaired.

3. Assess leak values- Based on system details, such as hours of operation, power cost, and types of compressors, we determine the volume of air lost as well as the cost of each unrepaired leak over time. This significantly improves the accuracy of our estimations for potential savings because they're tailored to a specific system, not an industry average or theoretically perfect system. 4. Document leaks- We record the size and location of each leak for assessment and future reference. Then we present the results to you man electronic format. Check points- observe reduction in compressor power consumption which could be as much as 40% reduction and a big cost.

• We can give you total analysis of your compressed air leaks including locating, CFM loss Et cost analysis on per annum basis
• Cost savings = # of leaks x leakage rate (cfm) x kW/cfm x # of hours x DH /kWh • Eg. 10 leaks of 1/8 inches® 80 psig = 10 x 21.4x 0.2 x 6500 x 0.5 (Annual Cost of Just 10 Leaks) = DH 1,30,000 Our Airbourne Ultrasonic Analysts Meet Requirements of American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) Recommended Practice, SNT-TC-1A, and are in accordance with ISO 183436-8 .
